Originally released by Malicious Records, the CD version had several press runs off which several had different label prints due to misprints, etc.
The original LP by Malicious Records was released in 500 copies on black vinyl, and 500 copies on purple vinyl. Both versions had gatefold cover and came with a poster.
The LP version was later reissued by DDM with new artwork, gatefold sleeve and poster.
The first 500 copies came on golden vinyl and was hand numbered and signed by the artist.
The CD version was later reissued by Projekt Records in the US, yet again with new artwork. The same version was also reissued by Earache Records, with the same artwork for the remainining territories.

The LP was later reissued in the US by Ajna Records, with new artwork, limited to 300 copies, and came with a booklet of previews from the forthcoming book (at the time) "secrets of my kingdom".

Originally recorded as a series of 5 12"EPs, each EP was issued as a limited run of 1000 copies (500 copies always black, the following copies on a different coloured vinyl)
Released on DDM as a compilation album on LP and CD, but is largely reckognized as a real album.
This album was reissued on Earache Records with new cover artwork, which due to unfortunate circumstances between the then graphics artist and label turned out rather inferior.

released on 9/9/99, the book "secrets of my kingdom" was supposed to have been released by Earache Records, accompanying a limited edition gold disc version of the CD, but for reasons unknown, that version was released summer 2001, months prior to the smell of rain.
The LP version was a 3 sided, gatefold w/ fold out 12" lyric sheet affair. The initial plan was a huge poster, but was dropped by the label. Word was that it would be included in a reprint of the LP, but that reprint never happened. The 4th side was etched.

Initial CD press run for Germany contained a bonus DVD with the video for Parasite God on it. The LP version was a double gatefold with 12" size lyric insert.
A remix/remastered version was released a year later on the artist«s request and contains remixes by Brian Lustmord, Raven Fox and Tarmvred, in addition to being totally remastered.
Initial attempts at getting the CD booklet printed up as transparent layers of art and text was turned down by the label several times.
The album has been licensed for South America, Eastern Europe, in addition to Europe and North America.

The original CD was released by Malicious Records, who ran into trouble with the german law due to the nature of the sleeve.
The album has later been reissued by among others Projekt Records in the US (with new artwork, and a new title: slipp sorgen los).

It was also reissued one more time by Cold Meat Industry as a digipak in another limited run of 1000 copies.
Inccuracies regarding the number of songs unfortunately occur on both CD versions.
